Paypal: Happy Kiddies accepts all payments by Paypal and this option is available at checkout.

Cheques: Alternatively we accept sterling cheques made payable to happykiddies.co.uk Ltd. When you complete the checkout service, call 020 8803 1024 and we will give you our contact address. Your order will be despatched once your cheque has cleared.

Postage: We use Royal Mail and DHL to deliver most of our products. Postage is charged between £2.50 and £6.50 depending on the weight of the item.

Please allow 2-3 days for lighter items and up to five days for larger items. If at any point we think that we will take longer than this, we will inform you as soon as possible. International Deliveries: Happy Kiddies ships worldwide and postage will alter depending on which country and the weight of the item. Please email us at info@happykiddies.co.uk to recieve a quote.

Back Orders: Normally we will only have items in our shop that we have in stock. In the unlikely event that the item is not in stock, we will contact you by email or telephone to review the options.

Returns: Please inform us of any fault within 7 days of receiving your item and return it within 14 days for a full refund. You may return any item to us within 14 days, providing it is in its packaging and is in a saleable condition. We cannot refund postage costs on returned items, but please do ensure you have proof of posting your item back to us from the Post Office.
